Colin Albert Murphy, born 19 March 1991 in Onehunga, is a New Zealander footballer playing as midfielder or defender for Boston College in the American NCAA and the New Zealand national under-20 football team. He has played in New Zealand for Onehunga Sports and was previously part of the New Zealand national under-17 football team which competed in the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup. In 2011 he participated in the 2011 OFC U-20 Championship, and in turn qualified for the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Murphy played for Papatoetoe AFC and Onehunga Sports before moving to the Massachusetts in 2007 where he attended and played for two seasons at Northfield Mount Hermon. In 2009 he joined Boston College Men's Soccer Team.
Murphy was part of the New Zealand under 17 side that contested the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Korea, playing in all three of New Zealand's matches.[2] In 2011 he travelled with the New Zealand under 20 side to the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Colombia, again making three appearances at the finals.[3]
